Lacerte art contemporain ( Quebec ) is proud to partner with the group of artist Canadian Bacon to present the exhibition Dialogues 2. On Friday, May 13 at 1 côte Dinan, will be held the second edition of the event.
This exhibition is the place of a meeting between six artists of Canadian Bacon and six artists of the galery, invited by curator Paul Brunet and Phelipe Soldevila . The selection was made so as to match the practices that echo both in their aesthetic in their words , as well as to bring a relevant reflection on issues related to contemporary art. Presented until Sunday, June 5, Dialogues 2 proposes to draw up an overview of the new contemporary art practices in Quebec. The event will be open to all from 5pm . You are therefore invited to come see the recent works of the artists who create the market today and tomorrow.

Canadian Bacon is a group of artists that organizes exhibitions presenting the works of more than forty emerging artists from Quebec. Since 2013, seven exhibitions have already been held in Quebec City and Montreal . These events were all crowned with great success , both in the presence of a large audience that the enthusiasm of visitors wanting to discover and acquire works here. More than a hundred works from various disciplines such as painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, wall art, installation and video art have been presented in group exhibitions. Canadian Bacon has a mandate to achieve the best and innovative events to boost the visual arts in Quebec City . The group aims to become a key element in the spread and influence of emerging artists in Quebec.
